Request for membership into the league shall be submitted in writing to the conference. Following an approving majority vote by member schools, the requesting school will be admitted into a probationary term for one year starting at the beginning of the proceeding school year. This period will serve as a basis to determine if both member and requesting schools are fitting for each other. The term of the probationary period will be from August through May. In March through April of the probationary term, upon written request for entrance into the conference by the probationary school, existing member schools will discuss, evaluate, and vote on a school’s acceptance or denial based on the criteria for conference membership, conference needs, school size, and benefit to the league.
